Is it safe to create an account?
Yes. We never send spam or SMS. If at any point you’d like your account deleted, simply contact our support team with your first and last name linked to the account, and we’ll process your official request within 48 hours.

Are my personal data sold?
Absolutely not. The only data we collect are your first name, last name, email, phone number, and shipping address (only if you place an order). None of these are ever sold or shared with third parties.
If you wish to have your data removed, simply contact our support team through our Contact Page. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will permanently delete all information linked to you within 48 hours of your request.
You’re also free to browse our website in private/incognito mode our site is fully functional and 100% operational even without storing any personal data.
How much time do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from the moment your order is delivered to request a return. To do so, simply email our support team at hello@pride-flag.com, explain your situation, and we’ll provide you with all the return information you need.
Is your support reactive?
Our team is available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, closed on weekends) by email, and we do our best to answer as quickly as possible.
Following an incident of homophobic harassment directed at our support line, phone contact is no longer available. For any request or question, please use our Contact Page, and our team will reply directly by email.
We remain fully committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for everyone, thank you for your understanding.
Where do the products come from?
We collaborate with trusted production partners to make sure each item is crafted with care and delivered in the best possible conditions.
A part of our collection is made in the USA, which helps us support local manufacturing and ensure top-notch quality. Other items are sourced from carefully selected international workshops, allowing us to offer a diverse range of products at fair prices while maintaining our quality standards.
No matter where your product is made, you can count on it being quality-checked, safe, and aligned with our values of inclusivity.
Do you sell binders?
Not at the moment. We believe that binders are products closely linked to health and well-being, and we don’t yet have the expertise required to offer them responsibly. Instead, we prefer to redirect you to brands that have proven themselves and that are fully dedicated to their community, such as GC2B. who is for us the best Binder Shop you can found.
Is it safe to order if I’m not out?
Yes, absolutely. We take this very seriously.
- Discreet packaging: there is no mention of LGBTQIA+ references, branding, or content on the outside of the package.
- Private communication: we never send SMS, and no email mentioning LGBTQIA+ topics is sent until the mail is opened.
- No exposure: we never tag, mention, or highlight customers on social media unless you explicitly ask us to.
- Data protection: your personal information is never sold or shared, and you can request full deletion at any time.
Your safety and privacy always come first.
