Can I modify my order ?
Yes, customers can modify their order up to 1 hour after validation by contacting our support team directly at hello@pride-flag.com. Our team will do their best to adapt the order to their needs and ensure the experience feels right for them.
Can I cancel my order ?
Yes, customers can cancel their order up to 12 hours after confirming it on our website. If this timeframe has passed, the order will already be on its way. In that case, customers can simply wait for the delivery and request a return through our friendly support team at hello@pride-flag.com or by clicking here.
Can I return a product ?
Yes, customers have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return. Please note that we cannot accept return requests related to sizing, as detailed sizing information is provided on every product page as clearly and precisely as possible.
To start a return, customers can simply contact our support team at hello@pride-flag.com. Our team will then provide the return address and guide them through the process.
Our team is always happy to answer questions before purchase to help customers find the size that feels right for them.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If the return is due to an error on our side (like a defective or incorrect product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for another reason, customers will need to cover the return shipping themselves, using the address provided by our support team during the return process.
This way, we take responsibility when it’s our fault, and customers stay free to return items when it’s a personal choice.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is super easy! Customers can either check the shipping confirmation email (usually sent 48 to 72 hours after the order is placed) or use the Order Tracking page on our website. Please note that tracking details only become active once the package has been shipped.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once a return is received and confirmed, the refund is processed right away on our side. From there, it’s handled directly by the customer’s bank. Depending on the bank, it usually takes between 48 hours and 7 days for the amount to show back on the account. Since this part is managed entirely by the bank, the exact timing is unfortunately out of our hands but rest assured, the refund will be on its way!
If customers don’t see the refund after a week, our support team will be happy to help them check with their bank.
