Returns and Refunds

PROUD has a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be needed.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@pride-flag.com or through our contact page. Requests made via social media cannot be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or if the mistake is on our side in those cases, we’ll of course take care of it.

If your return request is approved, our support team will provide you with the return address and clear instructions on how to send your item back.

We’ve chosen this approach not only to stay transparent, but also to reduce unnecessary product transportation and its impact on the environment. That’s why we make sure to provide clear and detailed information on every product page, so you can feel confident about your choice before ordering.

Returns without prior approval unfortunately cannot be accepted. For any questions, our support team is always happy to help through our contact page.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives and reach out to us right away if any item is defective, damaged, or not the one expected. This allows our team to review the issue quickly and make it right. If an item does arrive in an unexpected condition, PROUD offers customers the choice between a full refund (including product and shipping costs) or a replacement, with all return shipping covered by us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you truly want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, customers can easily place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Our team will notify customers as soon as we’ve received and inspected the return, and let them know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may need a little extra time to process and post the refund.

Cancel order

Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will already be in processing. In that case, customers will simply need to wait for the package to arrive and then request a return if they wish.
