When will I receive my order?
Once your order is placed, our team needs about 48 hours to prepare and ship it. After that, the delivery usually takes around one week, depending on your location and the carrier’s delays.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped, so you can follow it step by step until it reaches you.
Is the package neutral (logo, stickers..)?
Yes. All our packages are 100% neutral, without any logo, sticker, or visible reference to our brand or to LGBT+ content.
We do this first and foremost for your safety and peace of mind: we know that not everyone is “out,” and that some entourages, neighbors, or even delivery people might react negatively.
Neutral packaging ensures your privacy and protects you from unwanted questions or risks your well-being always comes first.
How can I track my order?
After the 48-hour preparation period, your order will be shipped. You’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking link. By clicking on it, you’ll be redirected to a page on our website where you can follow your package in real time.
Please note: the tracking page will not display any information before the first 48 hours, as the shipping details are only generated once your order has been dispatched.
Alternatively, you can simply wait 48 hours after placing your order and click here to access the tracking page directly.
Il y a des frais cachés (douane, shipping..) ?
No. Shipping is free worldwide for all orders over $50. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $4.99 applies, no matter where you are located. There are no hidden fees the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Currently, for orders shipped within the USA, no additional taxes or fees are applied. Any potential customs or import taxes depend only on your country’s regulations and are not imposed by us.
My order is not complete, what should I do?
Don’t worry sometimes your order may arrive in multiple packages. Since we work with different storage locations, some items may be shipped separately to make sure you receive everything as quickly as possible.
If you notice that part of your order has arrived, the rest is most likely on its way and should reach you shortly.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
We’re truly sorry to hear that. First, please make sure that the estimated delivery time has fully passed (48h for preparation + about a week for shipping, depending on your location).
If that time has passed and your package still hasn’t arrived, check the tracking link (or click here) in your shipping confirmation email sometimes carriers update the status with a slight delay.
If you still can’t find your order, just reach out to us at hello@pride-flag.com with your order number. Our support team will investigate with the carrier and make sure you get your items or find the best possible solution.
Do you ship to all US states and worldwide?
Yes, we ship to all US states and most countries worldwide. Please note that for certain destinations, such as islands or remote locations, delivery times may be longer than usual.
