Do you work with ethical creators?
Yes we are always open to collaborating with ethical creators who share our values. If you’d like to join us, please reach out through our Contact Page or by email. When contacting us, make sure to include details such as the origin of your products, the textiles used, the story behind the project, available sizes, your vision, and a short description of yourself as the creator.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes. We are doing our best to expand our range of plus-size products. That’s why we created the collection, designed to make it easier for our community to find their best plus size pride outfits that truly fit and celebrate them.
What is the origin of the project?
This is a big question that deserves a full answer! We invite you to discover our About Us Page to discover the story behind PROUD where we come from, our vision, and the goals we aim to achieve with this project.
Do you donate a percentage to associations?
Yes. Each year, 5% of our profits are donated to an LGBTQIA+ association. The organization is either chosen by our team or, when several community members suggest one, by following their recommendation. This way, our contributions always stay connected to the needs and voices of our community.
Are the reviews on your site authentic?
Yes 100% of the reviews you see on our site come from real people who have actually received the products they’re reviewing.
We value honesty and transparency, so every review is genuine and reflects the real experiences of our community.
Is your site eco‑friendly ?
Yes we’ve chosen platforms that help us minimize our environmental footprint:
- Our shop runs on Shopify, whose infrastructure is powered entirely by renewable energy. Shopify even signed a deal to offset its global operations including employee home offices in North America — with wind power projects, effectively making their platform carbon neutral.
- Our domain is managed by Ionos, a European hosting provider that powers its data centers in Europe and North America with 100 % renewable electricity. Their facilities are ISO 50001–certified for energy management, and they regularly optimize for efficiency, including cooling systems, recycling hardware, and more.
By using these services, we’re actively reducing the technical impact of our website while supporting a more sustainable web ecosystem.
